Redact account numbers before upload. Do not upload any document containing an account number. Permanently redact the entire account number from every page before uploading, then review the redacted copy to confirm the number is no longer visible, searchable, or copyable. AccountingCa.com does not automatically redact uploaded documents. Use a non-sensitive descriptive label, such as “Trust Checking,” instead of an account number.
